In 2020, Teledyne e2V, a manufacturer specializing in very high value-added semiconductors and image sensors, and the Centre Spatial Universitaire de Grenoble (CSUG), are embarking on a joint venture to sponsor the QlevEr Sat space project, designed to take artificial intelligence into space. This Earth observation nanosatellite is designed to meet growing societal challenges, such as monitoring deforestation, desertification and urbanization, while addressing the need for sober newspace.
