AUDIOVISUAL SOLUTIONS EXPERT
Description
- Provide technical support and advice to SULPICE TV teams on audiovisual solutions, whether at headquarters, remotely or on customer sites (technical guidance with customers/prospects, support to sales staff in defining solutions adapted to customer needs, support to technicians and savs for technical expertise or troubleshooting, etc.). By audiovisual solutions, we mean any solution involving hardware and/or software for the reception and broadcasting of images and sound for use in public-access establishments (ERP) and for use in the corporate sector, such as those required in meeting, conference and seminar rooms, and those more or less directly linked to Flex-Office and shared corporate spaces.
- Translate customer specifications to internal purchasing, technical and sales teams, and external suppliers
- Attend technical meetings with customers and take part in bid presentations
- Carry out visits, audits and installations at customer sites, and provide technical proposals and advice
- Recommend, qualify and formalize new audiovisual solutions in liaison with the sales force and the CODIR, and in coordination with the Technical Solutions Department manager.
- Train teams in audiovisual solutions
- Monitor technological developments in audiovisual solutions
