Description
- Provide technical support and advice to SULPICE TV teams on TV solutions, whether at headquarters, remotely or on customer sites (technical guidance with customers/prospects, support to sales staff in defining solutions adapted to customer needs, support to technicians and service staff for technical expertise or troubleshooting, etc.).
- Guarantee the technical skills of the human resources deployed (participation in recruitment and search for external partners, training at head office and in the field for existing and new teams, validating the skills of selected resources in conjunction with the Operations Manager, etc.).
- Monitor technological developments in television solutions.
- Recommend, qualify and formalize new televisual solutions in conjunction with the sales force and CODIR.
- Train teams in TV solutions
- Configure/supervise headends
- Install, connect and commission audiovisual solutions in care facilities, hotels and other company customers
