Senior Technician - Process
Description
- Ensures the performance of complex process actions in order to guarantee the availability of equipment, the quality and the continuity of production/engineering batches within the defined scope
- Contributes to the realization of the qualification plan
- Proposes and implements improvements to increase performance
- Analyzes gaps and implements complex/risky corrective solutions with, possibly, changes to process or equipment recipes
- Actively contributes to continuous improvement actions in productivity, robustness and quality
- Reports on a detected anomaly
- Takes charge of unknown quality events and investigates the cause
- Leads meetings and participates in working groups
- May be required to create process recipes or equipment recipes
- Takes charge of technical projects independently
- Modifies process procedures under validation by the process engineer
- Takes charge of the training and process tutorials of his workshop
