Business Analyst H/F
Description
As a Business Analyst at Constellium Issoire, you will report to the site's IT department.
Your tasks will include :
Assist users and technical referents on the applications for which he/she is responsible
Act as the point of contact for the site's various business representatives on existing applications: gathering user requirements, leading workshops, analyzing and resolving problems, specifying upgrades, etc.
Help business representatives implement various IT application projects
Lead the internal network of technical referents and develop their application skills
Plan the implementation of application change requests with IT partners, in compliance with contractual commitments
Manage IT service providers in his/her area of responsibility: monitor their performance via key indicators, track costs and prioritize requests in line with the defined budget
Identify and assess opportunities for improvement in the applications for which he/she is responsible
Maintain consistency between all IT solutions in place, the Group's strategic vision and Constellium Issoire's functional requirements.
The skills required for this position are :
Application and technical expertise: ERP, HRIS systems, local applications, development languages - ORACLE, SQL , Talend
In-depth functional and business knowledge
Fluency in English
