The Thermoroof company has developed a roofing solution called cool roofing (literally cold roof) whose principle is to cover roofs with a highly reflective coating.
Our passive cooling solution reduces heat absorption by reflecting solar radiation to reduce the temperature of buildings and their energy costs (reducing air conditioning load).
Our solution quickly enables:
- to reduce energy bill costs, (20 to 40% on air conditioning)
- to decrease the temperature by 3 to 8 degrees inside the building
- to cool the roof condensers
- extend the life of roofs
- to improve the comfort of users inside the building
- to prepare for the Tertiary Decree
