Rio Tinto Aluminium Pechiney is the french R&d Technology division. Our work is dedicated to primary aluminium production technology and its innovation. We mainly focus on new decarbonating electrolysis process, capturing CO2 on existing process and adapting our production to energy flexibility. About 160 employees are working for us and we have partnerships with companies and universities.
