Stellaria

Stellaria: Energy for centuries Created in May 2023, Stellaria is an initiative incubated by the CEA and Schneider Electric, aiming to develop the world's first molten salt reactor capable of fully renewing its fuel. Stellaria offers a system capable of producing over 200 MW of electricity or 420 MW of thermal energy at low cost for 20 years without refueling, enabling the complete decarbonization of a city with 400,000 inhabitants. Its compact size, underground installation, and unmatched safety level will facilitate the deployment of data centers and new low-carbon industries.
