MAGREESOURCE
MagREEsource, a start-up originating from the CNRS in Grenoble, aims to recreate a European industrial sector for the recycling of rare earth-based permanent magnets. Thanks to innovative recycling technology, free of solvents and toxic emissions, it produces new magnets and magnetic solutions for the industry.
The company's pillars are technological innovation, industrial sovereignty, and circular economy. Magnets, essential for electric motors and electromagnetic applications, play a key role in the energy transition and the decarbonization of the industry.
MagREEsource aspires to become a sustainable and sovereign alternative by vertically integrating the recycling and manufacturing of new magnets. It recovers end-of-life magnets from WEEE, ELV, and the dismantling of wind farms to transform them into new magnets for its industrial clients.
