TREEFROG
Co-founder, VP US
Description
Kévin is co-founder of TreeFrog Therapeutics and President & Executive Director, TreeFrog US.
Kévin earned a degree in biochemistry, a Masters in system biology and a diploma in neurobiology from the Ecole Nationale Superiéure (France) before focusing on biophysics for his PhD, completing his thesis on micro-fluidic technologies for cell encapsulation at the Institut Curie, Paris, France.
He continued with a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, centered on pluripotent cells, tissue engineering and neurogenerative diseases where he met his co-founder, Maxime Feyeux. Together, they invented a 3D encapsulation system, C-Stem™, a biomimetic technology that overcomes the challenges in the Cell Therapy industry of amplifying and differentiating cells of high quality, efficiently. They incorporated TreeFrog Therapeutics in 2018. The company now has both proprietary therapeutics programs, notably in Parkinson’s Disease, in addition to external collaborations and partnerships in other disease areas.
