Description

Morgane Castanier is a visionary leader with unique expertise in marketing and technology, dedicated to the digital transformation of businesses. With 25 years' experience in business transformation, she has distinguished herself as an entrepreneur and intrapreneur in multidisciplinary teams covering a broad spectrum, from product and service design to IT, data and artificial intelligence. Her experience spans a range of sectors, including classifieds, mail order, consultancy, press, telecommunications, financial services and transport. A graduate in Technology Management and Finance from ESC Grenoble, Morgane began her career at Hebdomag France, where she carried out the digital transformation of "La Centrale des particuliers", making it one of the most visited sites on the first-generation web. She then moved to Manutan, where she developed the digital subsidiary Ipsopresto, before co-founding Pixidis, a consultancy specialising in digital transformation. In 2007, she joined the Sud-Ouest group as Director of New Media, to steer the major digital transformation of the regional press group. She joined SFR in 2010, where she developed the mobile and web business to the position of Data and CRM Director, in charge of managing the operator's 20 million consumer customers. In 2017, Morgane joined retail bank HSBC as Marketing, Digital and Data Director to create and develop its remote bank in France. In 2020, she took over as Head of Customers and Digital at SNCF Gares & Connexions, manager of France's 3,000 stations, where she developed a global customer strategy (BtoC, BtoB, BtoG) and an integrated digital strategy (IT, Digital, Data and AI). Her career demonstrates dual expertise in marketing and technology, combined with a passion for innovation and business transformation. She is recognised as a visionary leader, able to navigate complex environments to promote digital and human development.
