Description
Bertrand Rojat has worked in the telecoms, IT and web industries for over 25 years, holding positions in France and the US, with a wide range of responsibilities from engineering to marketing, strategy, innovation and business development, and running business units. Most recently, at Orange, he was successively director of the business unit providing IT infrastructure services to businesses in France, and director in charge of the Internet Pro market, launching a new generation of Internet boxes and Saas services. He was then put in charge of open innovation within the Orange Group's innovation division, notably through the Orange Fab start-up acceleration programme. Today, as Chief Technology Officer of Orange Events, he brings the technologies, innovations and know-how of the Orange Group to bear on the requirements of major sporting, institutional and cultural events. For the Paris 2024 Games, he was in charge of the technology programme at the heart of the technical production carried out by Orange. Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative management to build new opportunities have always been his rule.
