Founder and CEO of IRIIG, La Grande Ecole de l'Innovation et de l'Impact, and founder of L'Innoverie, an incubator/accelerator of impact projects, Stephan GALY has spent his entire career in higher education, continuing education and consultancy. 25 years at the head of several schools and programmes within major institutions including EMLYON, he very quickly had the opportunity to support numerous entrepreneurs. Vice-Chairman of the EMERGENCES Foundation and a director of RONALPIA, he is also heavily involved in a number of associations and organisations, including Réseau Entreprendre, France Travail and the MEDEF (innovation commission), where he campaigns to support and promote entrepreneurs, who are both creators of social cohesion and drivers of innovation in our regions. Drawing on all these experiences, in 2019 he decided to set up IRIIG, the first school to be located at the heart of an incubator/third-party centre, believing that innovation in the turbulent early 21st century is what management was at the end of the 20th century: a necessary cross-disciplinary function/skill!
