Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Europe’s 1st GreenTech Growth Fond Nordic Alpha Partners(NAP) with offices in Munich, London and Copenhagen. NAP has since 2017 raised +1bn€ for GreenTech investments, including 1/3rd of all new Danish IPO capital raised last 4 years, generated +1000 jobs, removing +1million tons of CO2 and generated an avg. revenue CAGR of 65% across its portfolio. Prior to establishing Nordic Alpha Partners, Laurits spend 20 years spearheading personal startup's, venture/growth businesses, corporate turnarounds & spinouts and he has led IPO’ s and exits to among others Tesla, EdenRed, Aptean and Dstny Group. Laurits’ innovative strategy toolkit, which is the core of Nordic Alpha Partners value creation playbook, is soon to be released in the book "Changing the Math," set out to revolutionize, how to capital efficiently create and navigate hypergrowth in transformative industries.
