A social entrepreneur, Anthony Babkine is co-founder and Managing Director of Diversidays, a national equal opportunities association that works to promote talent that is under-represented in employment and entrepreneurship in the tech sector. Born in Evry-Courcouronnes in the Essonne region of France, he failed at school before being supported by his family, his town and the Mozaïk RH association. At the age of 30, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of the TBWA Corporation agency in charge of digital. He quickly noticed the lack of diversity in the digital professions and co-founded the Diversidays association with Mounira Hamdi in 2017. His mission: to make digital the social lift of the 21st century and enable everyone to take advantage of the opportunities it offers by guiding diverse talent into the tech and digital professions and entrepreneurship. In 7 years, his association has helped more than 500 impact and tech entrepreneurs who are under-represented in the sector and 13,500 people who are under-represented or discriminated against in tech to make the transition to a new career. More than 70 private and public companies support Diversidays' actions. In 2022, Anthony joins the Obama Foundation's new class of European leaders and tops the ranking of the 35 young positive leaders under 35, drawn up by Les Echos and Positiv, and joins the Choiseul Institute's TOP 100 economic leaders. In 2023, Anthony is one of the 7 leaders to follow in the world according to Google.org and one of the 100 personalities who have marked the decade according to EcoRéseaux Magazine.
