Description
Isabelle Tisserand has a doctorate from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) and is an anthropologist and forward-looking analyst. She is trained in computer science, humanities, social sciences, economics and politics, cybersecurity, OSINT, psychology and anatomy, and is also a reservist in the French Navy, the author of several books and articles, and a teacher.
Successively a researcher in anthropology, head of systems and information security, head of crisis management systems, security-defence expert and business continuity planner, head of institutional relations, coordinator in the Space and Defence Policy Department of the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, director of strategic foresight and scientific research in start-ups, major French financial and industrial groups and in various ministries, she has developed digital anthropology and space anthropology. She is a strategic advisor to the Satellite and Space Solutions Institute "3i3Signature".
