Description
A graduate of EPF - École d'Ingénieurs, Alexandre Stourbe began his career at Altran, where he held management positions for teams of consultants and sales staff. He then founded a recruitment consultancy specialising in engineering, before launching a human resources start-up focusing on recruitment by co-option. This adventure led him to become CEO of Lab RH, an association dedicated to promoting HR innovation in France. Eight years later, Alexandre joined Tomorrow Theory, an HR innovation studio, as Brand Ambassador, continuing his collaboration with Jérémy Lamri, co-founder of the two organisations.
