Description
As part of the Cr300 In Line Quality team, you are the Team Leader of the Process Change organization.
You are the functional leader for the day to day process change activities as well as you stand the following missions of a process change Engineer:
As an active member of the Process Change team, you are chairman of the Process Change Project (PCP) Review Board (fluent English mandatory for Class2 changes). You challenge the presentations and the risk assessment done by the PCP owners.
You are in charge of ensuring that the Change Review Board (CRB) process rules (SOP 262) are respected by the Cr300 manufacturing teams (device, process eng, facilities, R&D, …) and by the divisions.
With the team contribution, you support internal customers and divisions for the process change applications tools (PCMS) as well as the CRB process. Regular meetings with engineering or device to define priorities will allow you to facilitate the execution and respect the manufacturing constraints.
You are the process change referent for the other ST front-end production sites (with a focus on twin-fabs alignment), central function and divisions. You are involved in any transversal process change program.
You have to insure that the non-standard lots (NSL) used for the qualification are shipped from Crolles with the right flag to avoid any escape. You are also in charge of taking the final lots disposition in the application (MRB Tool) accordingly to the CRB decision. You manage the NSL cycle time with the active support of the Cr300 Process Solution System (PSS) team.
For regular reporting, you provide the Key parameters indicators (KPI) of the activity
You are in charge of training needs definition for end-users, deployment and monitoring. You contribute actively to the CRB process continuous improvement to get a LEAN process.
You contribute to your team development in terms of acknowledgment, individual work loading, personal development and performances.
